His diverse experience and leadership span more than 13 years in senior management roles at Managing Director / Partner level including advisory on strategy execution projects with C-suite executives in some of South Africa’s Top 100 companies and the global Fortune 100. He is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and the Institute of Directors of Southern Africa and is also a Certified Net Promoter Practitioner.
He collaborates group-wide in the execution of Edcon’s customer-led turnaround strategy and he is co-lead the activation of customer and employee centric culture transformation. Previously as CEO of BTS Africa he was accountable for growing the BTS Africa business to maximize value and minimize risk. He had overall accountability for the performance & success of BTS Africa with focus accelerating revenue growth, cost management and scaling the business while engaging on strategy execution projects with C-suite executives in SA’s Top 100 companies and those in the Top 10 of the Fortune 100.
